    The Central Somers Town masterplan was granted planning permission in 2016.

  • Brill Place tower construction

    2023

    The new tower on Brill Place is being constructed by developers LBS. The works will be completed in 2023, but due to issues with the main contractor the exact completion date is not known.

  • Purchese Street Open Space - Landscape works

    Spring 2024

    Autumn 2024

    Construction on this phase of the Central Somers Town masterplan will see the southern end of Purchese Street Open Space refurbished and improved. Works will start once the Brill Place Tower construction is completed.

  • Plots 5 and 6 at Coopers Lane - construction

    Winter/Spring 2023

    Summer 2024

    Development plots 5 and 6 at Coopers Lane come forward for construction in winter/spring 2023. This is a separate project to the Purchese Street Open Space landscape works, although the two sites are adjacent to each other.
